One person is in the spotlight and gets three names on the phone. Assign kiss, marry and kill, each verdict exactly once. Reshuffle freely until you reveal.
Then your verdict shows for everyone. The group reacts, you defend yourself in a sentence, and the phone moves on to the next person. No winners, just the best justifications.
