What this address is for

Write to us about bugs in the app, feedback on games, ideas for new content, questions about your Pro subscription, or if restoring a purchase doesn't work. We accept compliments too.

Response time

We read every message. Replies usually come within two business days, Monday to Friday — sometimes faster, sometimes slower. We are a small team.

Manage subscription and purchases

You manage your piparo Pro subscription directly through your Apple ID or Google account. Cancellation, pause and refunds go through the respective store. Inside the app, under "More → Pro", you will always find "Restore purchases" and "Manage subscription". For edge cases, you can also reach out to us.
